Samantha Leifeste has strong Southeast Texas roots. A proud native of Orange, Texas, Samantha obtained both her undergraduate and law degree from Baylor University. Samantha’s academic journey began at Baylor University, where she earned degrees in Economics and Real Estate from the Hankamer School of Business. Samantha then earned her J.D. from Baylor Law School in 2019, completing her law degree in 2 ½ years. After graduating from law school, she returned to Southeast Texas where she gained experience in both civil litigation and appeals. For the first three years of her career, she predominately practiced personal injury law Beaumont, Texas. Her civil litigation experience includes representing individuals involving personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage, complex commercial disputes, and defective products. Leaning on this experience, she founded the Leifeste Law Firm, PLLC in 2023. Driven by a deep commitment to community, she provides principled and professional advocacy both in and out of the courtroom. Samantha was drawn to the Foundation’s unparalleled passion for people and looks forward to serving a second term with the Foundation for Southeast Texas.
